We as, TECSA & STAR WELT International Trade CO. Ltd. , are close to the mandate of a Geniune Byer of Petroleum Products. We are also close to the Registered Mandate of ARAMCO but we should buy at the best prices!

we are searching about a reliable and real supplier or trader of Fuel Oil such as : Mazut and D2. we have a bad experience in this field about one month ago, after 20 days of negotiations we find that the seller is not real when our buyer wana to Open his L/C in benefit of the seller , so our buyer just reply to the offers which are included of A mandatory Letter from a famous OIL Company (Such as :GAZPROM,ARAMCO,NIOC,LUK OIL,xxxxx) or the company resume which can be verify their performance in the past contracts.
